Reading content and progress stored locally on your device.
Optional account tokens or endpoint settings you enter for online text-to-speech providers.
Optional iCloud sync data if you enable Apple cloud synchronization.
Basic purchase status returned by Apple when you use in-app purchases or subscriptions.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to operate the reading and listening features you enable.

To open, render, and remember your reading position in books and documents.
To send text you choose to compatible online TTS services for synthesis when you enable those services.
To sync reading-related data through iCloud when you turn on sync.
To verify purchases, subscriptions, and supporter benefits through Apple systems.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only when it is necessary to deliver a feature you explicitly use.

Apple may process purchase, subscription, and iCloud data according to Apple's own policies.
Online TTS providers receive the text and configuration required to synthesize speech only when you choose to use them.
No reading data is shared with third parties for advertising.
